Daredevils looks to avoid unwanted record as they face Kings XI

DD are equal with the now dis-banded Pune Warriors side with a 11 match losing streak in the IPL. In Kings XI Punjab, they face one of the toughest teams in the competition and will need their big guns to fire if they are to end their barren run. Kings XI got off the mark against MI, but their top order is yet to really set the stage on fire, especially Glenn Maxwell.

Kings XI openers Sehwag and Murali Vijay will look to make a statement against their former employees, converting the starts they have had to big knocks.Maxwell and Miller are yet to make the desired impact and it was skipper Bailey's timely knock which helped them overcome Mumbai. The pace trio of Johnson, Anureet and S Sharma has been on song for Punjab and on a seeming wicket will look to continue their good form.

Delhi Daredevils have suffered heart breaking losses in both their matches. While Albie Morkel fought and lost a lone battle against CSK, the entire batting unit was left dissapointed as RR chased down a stiif target off the last ball of the innings. The spinners Imran Thahir and Amit Sharma have bowled beautifully picking up 8 wickets between them. They need Shami to recover soon to bolster the pace attack though.DD will be hopeful the batting clicks like in the last game to stand a good chance to win this one
